Hi! I’m Katie, a breathwork facilitator, writer, mother of two rainbow babies, and founder of Other Mind. I blend science and spirituality through breathwork to guide women who are on or within their motherhood journey—helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom and feel safe, grounded, and empowered, even when the path feels debilitating.

I discovered breathwork after being diagnosed with postpartum anxiety following the birth of my first child. Again and again, it has helped me return to myself. Breathwork also gave me the ability to trust my body after experiencing recurrent pregnancy loss. Through this practice, I was finally able to release the anxiety I carried around loss and connect deeply with my daughter while she was still in utero.

That experience became a turning point — I chose to shift my career path and become a breathwork facilitator. I sought out the most science-backed training I could find and have since devoted countless hours to learning everything I can about this incredible practice that lives at the intersection of science and spirituality (I truly love to learn!).

Breathwork has changed my life and I want to help others experience how transformative and simple it can be. This is a safe, trauma-informed space and everyone is welcome here.

who feels overwhelmed by the endless demands of her day, who wonders if there’s ever a moment to just breathe—this space is for you.

To the mother who feels like she’s lost herself in the process of giving so much to everyone else, who yearns to reconnect with the version of herself she hasn’t seen in a while—this space is for you.

To the mother who is struggling with fertility, but already knows in her soul she is a mother—this space is for you.

Breathwork isn’t just about taking deeper breaths. It’s about finding small moments where you can feel whole again. It’s about coming back to yourself—not perfectly, not all at once, but gently, over time.

This is your reminder that it’s okay to need a pause. It’s okay to let someone else hold the space while you exhale. It’s okay to show up messy, uncertain, and tired.

Because even in those moments, especially in those moments, you are still deserving of care, still worthy of feeling safe in your own body, and still enough.

So we invite you into this space to breathe. To release. To heal. To find calm in the chaos. To remind yourself that even when life feels heavy, you don’t have to carry it all alone.

We’re here to help guide you back to your breath and to remind you that within every inhale, there’s room to begin again.

We can’t wait to welcome you.
