Yoga Nidra for deep rest
There's a particular kind of tired that a good night's sleep just can’t touch — the low hum of a mind that hasn't fully powered down in years. Yoga Nidra was built for exactly that. Often translated as "yogic sleep," it's a guided meditation practice that leads the body into deep rest while the mind stays lightly aware. It isn't sleep, and it isn't quite meditation in the seated, effortful sense either — it's a third state entirely.
